Establishing Cohesion
Taking inspiration from the buildings distinctive architecture
we incorporated design statements such as perfectly round
sinks and drainers to reflect the ‘Radius’ quality
of the project and establish a firm sense of cohesion within
each property and across the development as a whole
. Exceeding Expectation
Located in the vibrant Prestwich village area of Manchester,
the specification was created with the lifestyles of the target
market firmly in mind and applied across a total 150 plots.
The end result far exceeded client expectations and played
an important part in the commercial success of the development.
