Key appointment drives expansion
New Business Development Manager to focus on volume projects
Award-winning kitchen company Stuart Frazer Contracts has appointed Lisa McCormick as Business Development Manager as it prepares to expand into new markets.
Lisa will be responsible for adding further momentum to the company’s growing portfolio of high quality, city centre apartment developments. With extensive experience of the contracts market she will direct the company’s new business drive and bring further creative strength to its award-winning design team.
“I’ve been aware of Stuart Frazer Contracts for a while now,” said Lisa,“ and through their partnership with SieMatic, I know the quality of their product is unquestionable. The company’s commercial strength and creative flair fits perfectly with my own personal qualities and ambitions for the future. I’ve come on board at a very exciting time and am looking forward to helping take the business to its next stage.”
Stuart Frazer Contracts has worked with a host of leading UK property developers, establishing a reputation for the strength of its design and project management capability. After working with Crosby Lend Lease on Rossetti Place and the award-winning Greenquarter development, the company has just been selected to fit out the highly anticipated Potato Wharf project at Castlefield. With a firm foothold in the Manchester market, Stuart Frazer Contracts is looking to establish a similar presence in urban centres throughout the North of England.
“Stuart Frazer Contracts is growing quickly,” explained Belinda Sewell, Director, “and Lisa’s role is key to our strategy going forward. With her wealth of experience, commercial acumen and design talent, I’m confident she will rise to the challenge.”
