The Manchester-based company has been selected by ROK Construction, Alfred McApline and Shepherd Construction following a series rigorous accreditation procedures, covering personnel and financial reviews, ECO and performance ratings, health and safety checks and regular site visits. Now approved, Stuart Frazer Contracts will remain on each of the three contractor’s tender list for the next three to five years.

DoveTail© incorporates a combination of just-in-time deliveries, streamlined on-site coordination and quality control, local warehousing, highly trained operatives and a dedicated fleet of delivery vehicles to give a seamless on-site service. Proven to reduce costs and improve timescales, the system was developed to ease the pressures faced by contractors on site.

In preparation for this anticipated growth in the high volume, multiple plot apartment market, Stuart Frazer Contracts is now embarking on a recruitment drive to bolster its team and maintain service standards as more large volume projects come on stream.
