The prestigious award was presented to Toby to acknowledge consistently excellent design work that has helped secure a succession of recent account wins for the Manchester-based company.

The award comes in response to work produced on several recent Stuart Frazer Contracts projects for developers Seddon Homes, Beck Homes and PH Property Developments. Working on diverse range property types, Toby produced cutting edge designs to suit the lifestyle needs of a variety homeowners, from contemporary urban apartments on the outskirts of Manchester to luxury cottages at Bodlondeb Castle, Llandudno.
