Working with Crosby Homes on this award-winning development
at the heart of Manchester’s urban centre allowed us
incorporate our extensive research into emerging lifestyle
trends and reference some the very latest themes in interior
design.
Future Proof
The overall scheme was designed very much with the future
in mind and was complemented perfectly with the incorporation
of the SC10 and SC11 SieMatic ranges into the kitchen. By
offering a diverse choice of earthy tones - from Hibiscus
red to soft and subtle sands and whites – the end result
truly reflects the character of the individual.
Bringing The Outside In
Focusing on earthy tones and natural materials we aimed to
capture a sense of bringing the outside in, therefore the
tone of this development at the very vanguard of interior
design and incorporating distinction into a each property
on the 309-plot development.
Environmentally Friendly
The specification on this development also reflects the increasing
importance that homeowners are placing on the environment.
A-rated appliances were used wherever possible, with segregated
waste disposal units integrated into the scheme. The SieMatic
manufacturing plant is TUV approved to ensure functionality,
aesthetics and eco-friendliness are combined in the end result.
